Tice walked onto the tour bus with her best friend and older sister. It wasn't the first time she had been on the tour bus, she used to date one of the members of the band. About a month ago they ended their year long relationship.

"Tice ... nice to see you decided to come along." Joel said. Tice had dated his twin, Benji. "Hey baby." Joel said to Ally, Tice's best friend.

"Hey." Ally said. They sat down on the couch and began to talk.

"Ticey ... hey!" Benji said when he saw her. He was talking to the new edition to the band, a drummer by the name of Chris. He got up and hugged her. Tice smiled at Benji and sat down with him and Chris.

"Tice ... nice of you to make it." Billy said. He then turned to Tice's sister, Marie, who was his girlfriend. They walked away into the back room on the bus.

"So, how do you two know each other?" Chris asked about the girl he had never seen before. Marie and Ally he had seen.

"Ohh, well let's see, about a year and a half ago, Marie brought her sister on the tour. Her and Ally and Marie hung out and all became best friends. It was only natural that I got to talk to her, and we started to see each other. Dated for a year." Benji said.

"Really? So she's your girlfriend?" Chris asked.

"No ... no ... we broke up a month ago." Tice said.

"Why?" Chris asked. Benji and Tice looked at each other.

"Complicated reasons." they both said together.

"Oh." Chris said, realizing he wasn't going to get it out of them. Benji smiled at her and hesitantly put his arm around her. She smiled at him.

A couple of days passed and Benji and Tice became pretty much inseparable. One night, Tice laid in her hotel bed, waiting for either Marie or Ally to get back. There was a knock on the door. She knew the girls had their keys so she walked to the door and looked through the peephole. It was Benji. He looked upset. She opened the door and he flew into her arms.

"Benji, what's wrong?" she asked.

"I had the worst nightmare." he said.

"What's that?" she asked.

"I dreamt that you were murdered, and I was never going to see you again. It felt so real. I had to make sure that it wasn't true. I had to come hold you." he said quickly. She looked at him and smiled.

"But I'm fine. Everything is going fine." she said.

"No, it's not." he said. "Tice, I love you."

"I love you too Benj, but ..." she started.

"But what?" he asked.

"I don't know ... maybe we're not meant to be." she said. She felt all of her insides tearing up. Why was she saying a lie? Was she really that scared of knowing she was supposed to live the rest of her life with this certain person?

Benji looked at her, hurt.

"How can you say that?" he asked. "Because of a few troubles we've had along the way? We can make it through everything."

Tice didn't answer him, she just stayed quiet. She stepped away from Benji. He left and went back to his own room, confused.

"Joel ... where's that cd ... with that song ... If you're not the one?" Benji questioned Joel.

"Benj, what are you doing?" Joy asked.

"Joel!!! Where's the cd?!?!?" Benji yelled.

Joel dug through his bag and threw Benji a single cd case. Benji took it back to his room, wrote a note, stuck it in the cd case with the cd and pushed it under Tice's hotel room door. Tice was just getting out of the shower when she noticed it on the floor. She picked it up and opened it. The note fell onto the ground. She picked it up and read it.

"Dear Ticey; Please just listen to the first song on this cd. Love, Benj." Tice read aloud. She stuck the cd into her portable cd player and listened to the first song.

Tice had tears in her eyes by the end of the song. She knew Benji was standing outside the door, waiting for something to happen. She went and opened the door.

"Come in." she said. Benji walked in the door. "Thanks for the song Benji. But it doesn't change the fact that I, too, know we're meant to be. I was just scared."

Benji smiled at her, and held her in his arms.
