Benji: Mxpx (Motioning to the band as they walk away). Rancid, we already toured with them. I'd do it again.

Benji: Billy or me. Wait no, I never shower. Billy

Benji: Me and Billy are vegitarians, so... Paul... That's a really dumb question. I hate interview questions like that...


SM: I'm sorry

Benji: It's ok... Now you guys think I'm a dick.

SM: So, what were you like in High School?

Benji: Very out of place. Kind of awkward. I hung out with My brother a lot.


SM: Where do you like playing the most besides the D.C. area and Maryland?

Benji: Minneapolis, Philly, Chicago. They're fun always fun. There are 6 or 7 cities that are always amazing... Salt Lake City. And anywhere in Australia.


SM: What's the most ridiculous rumor you've heard about yourself?

Benji: That we were put together by a label


SM: Lou Perlman helping you out... (snicker)

Benji: Yeah, heard that... That we changed our sound or whatever because the label told us to. Everything we do, we do because we want to.... That we're racist.


SM: What's the Most embarassing CD in your collection?

Benji: I'm not embarassed by any kind of music. I like Shakira. Let me think... I have a CD of just rain and thunder. Someone saw that and was like 'What?'


SM: Do you enjoy gettin presents from fans?

Benji: Yes. We get all kinds of stuff. I like the socks and underwear. i collect living dead dolls, so anything to do with the living dead. Jocelyn from Philly puts together Simpsons tapes with the commercials edited out. Any tape with Simpsons and Everybody Loves Raymond HINT HINT.


SM: What's your favorite ta---

Benji: The wife from Everybody Loves Raymond is my dream girl. She cooks and cleans and stuff.


SM: What's your favorite tattoo and piercing?

Benji: Well I have Punx with a skull and cross bones on my stomach, I like that one. And this one (points to his neck) That's the Virgin Mary with "Saved By Grace" underneath it. Piercings... I'm not to big on the piercings. I might let some of them close up.


SM: Are you guys planning on recording a new video for any of the songs off of the new CD?

Benji: We just did. They should be showing it on TV by the first week of september.


SM: Will they be showing it on All Thing---

Benji: We'll be getting it next week, but they'll be showing it in September, and yeah they'll play it on All Things Rock. We're on our second season now, if it's still going they'll play it.


SM: How do you like doing All Things Rock?

Benji: i love it. We don't get to pick the videos.


SM: Right, Some people are really mean about it on the ATR message boards because they think you do.

Benji: I'm not a big fan of the internet. I check in every once and a while to see what's going on. I'm not going to waste my time on the message board to defend myself... Being a DJ is fun. We get to say nice things about the bands that we like, and be sarcastic about the ones that we don't. I mean I may not like Creed's music, but I respect the band. If we chose the music it would be all punk, and it wouldn't last long because not many people would watch it. Whenever we have to play a video that I don't like I blame it on Joel.


SM: In the future will there be more chances for the whole band to do ATR?

Benji: Yes, definitely.
